Vyoma:

Vyoma opens the door with the keys and comes in.

It was a disappointment to his cause it was a 3-room house. Anyway, better than being homeless, he thinks.

Vyoma was curious when a city official came to him. The official then told that he had inherited a house from a far-relative. He could not remember his parents from his past life and not even how he grew up. Presently he did odd jobs and lived here and there.

The first room was quite large living room but was empty except for a table and four chairs. There was fireplace under a chimney that served for providing both warmth and cooking place.

Vyoma enters an adjoining door and sees a bed and a place to keep his equipment. He does not have any equipment though. He peeks through another door and finds an expected bathroom.

Vyoma stretches on the bed and tries to make mental note of things-to-do to achieve his goals. He then gives up as he realizes he has presently no ambitions.

Jaali Desseren:

Making friends seemed rather easy these brightenings, but that was not the case for Sweatum Galoria. He was a young man reaching fifteen patterns on the twentieth brightening of the next month in the Autumn time. It was sad, but at his age, he was still single. During these times, young men were capable of becoming husbands. He was a mere paperboy... Sigh. Ambitions... he had none as well. Joy, mayhaps if he were to meet the elf, they'd be friends?

And this was what he was paid to do. Send out papers. Without a horse, without a carriage, without a "bike," Sweatum had to carry two large bags filled with the Southern Suns' journal. His second stop was Vyoma's humble abode...

Fling... And a paper landed with a thump on Vyoma's property. Already vapid, and the brightening had only begun, Sweatum moved on with a sad look on his rather comely face.

Vyoma:

Vyoma heard a thump at the door and got up slowly.

He opened the door to find a journal at his feet. He picked it up, closed the door and settled on the chair, laying the journal carefully on the table.

The first thing that caught his eye was:
The Months of Ioannes to Imperos in the Season of Summer, of Era I of the Celestine Mandate (Current Pattern)
Era X Post Fractum in the Age of the Darkening, the Mageocracy of Julos the Mad
Paradigm: The Truce of Demios and the Merfolk

Vyoma smiled to himself. He had not even known what the time was. Browsing through the pages of the Papyrus, he was still thinking of what to do with his existance.

To order for the journal was out of question and neither did he have any interest in it. He wondered if he would get any job at the Offices of the Southern Suns Journal. He had no idea how to proceed.

Got to have a goal.

Vyoma got up and decided, before anything he had to get some money.

The world runs on money.

Vyoma got up and decided to go out. He walked to the door, got out and locked it. He did not even bother to examine his new house. It was there and it would not run anywhere. He thought he would do it later in leisure. He thought may be he need not do that. Once he had money, he would buy better house.

Vyoma turned around and faced the world with a new perspective. He had it all planned. He would seek money for the moment. He had doubts if he would make enough money to buy a better house as he had thought. But in any case, soon he would look out for adventure.

The world is a chaotic space.
There are always possibilities that go one way or the other.
It is just the skill with which we can ride the wave of possibility that will lead to our glory.

Vyoma started to walk along the streets aimlessly, though now, he had a fixed goal in his mind. As he walked he looked out for any shops or establishments where he could get a job. The people around seemed to be in their own dimensions and he felt as if he was a spirit levitating all the way.

Quick Ki'Tera:
As if the gods were answering Vyoma's silent call for help regarding a job in Medonia, a copy of the city's map flew about and landed smack on his face. He had no reason not to keep it and browse through it to find the locations of almost all the establishments in Medonia. And if he had read the copy of the Suns, he would know all that went about within the city. Heck, that was the reason the Suns existed, darnit!

If he had read the Suns, Vyoma would know that the city was looking for a new aedile. However, since he had no skills or training in Law, the position was outside his bounds. Establishments in the Faillegrove such as the Dagger Gaude Tattoo Parlor and the Lemon Lemon needed new employees...

The best place for a new job would definitely be the Bank of Medonia! And if Vyoma had some time and crowns to spare, he could purchase a ticket to watch a play! All this knowledge was his if he had read the articles in Southern Suns he received. Now, wasn't subscribing a good idea?

Vyoma:
Vyoma looked at the map and knew fate had answered him. The
Dagger Gaude Tattoo Parlor caught his eye. He also remembered he had read in the journals from the Sun.
He thought it was the place for him and so keeping the map as the guide redirected his feet to take him towards the Tattoo Parlor.

He did not know what kind of job they offered but he thought he would find something there. If not job, may be the location to find a job.

Job was what he wanted. Job was what he needed.
